DX81 Skin Pallets

This is my most commonly a choice of the color of human skin, which I use to paint my characters.
Palette color tones are my personal work
black cube with a white circle, it means the end of a palette of colors, the beginning of a series of lighter color means the beginning of a series of color.
Seem confusing at first sight and to resemble almost a repeat of the color palette, but only it seems.
I might make a different approach, the color palette (if I have time).
